GAGOC Prepares for NOC Delegations

A press conference on the general information, including protocol, accommodation, catering and transport of the arrival of National Olympic Committee (NOC) delegations was held by the Guangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee (GAGOC) in Main Press Centre in Asian Games Town in Guangzhou on November 12.

Chen Shaokang, Deputy Secretary General of Guangzhou Municipality, Deputy Chief of the Asian Games Town Leading Group and Executive Director of Operation Team at Athletes' Village, introduced the information of the arrival of the NOC delegations and the operation of the Asian Games Town and Athletes' Village;

Tang Ruping, Director of the Games Service Department of GAGOC, introduced the transportation service for Games registered guests;

Huang Ka, Deputy Director of GAGOC External Relations and Protocol Department, talked about NOC services, protocal and lanuage services;

Zeng Qingchun, Deputy Director of GAGOC External Relations and Protocol Department, briefed on arrivals of Games accredited people since October.

Chen Jiawen, Vice Supervisor of Catering Service Team of Accommodation and Catering Centre, reported preparations of catering service while Guo Yanghua, Vice Supervisor of Accommodation Service Team of Accommodation and Catering Centre, presented Games reception and accommodation service.
