COVER STORY

Globalization is adjusting and changing, and with it China has the opportunity to further its development and reforms.

WORLD

Against the Current looks at the internationalization of the yuan and its progress amidst the ebb and flow of exchange rates. The appreciation of the dollar and rising interest rates will increase funding costs, causing firms to reduce cross-border payments in dollars, opening room for cross-border trade in yuan.

BUSINESS

Is Job-Hopping a Good Thing among the Young? explores the new phenomenon of young people quitting their jobs within three months or less after starting. Some people blame their impetuousness that will diminish chances to learn new skills and accumulate work experience, others think mobility can unleash their potential and aid in knowing themselves better.
