Consolidating Cooperation looks at the in-depth talks between Chinese President Xi Jinping and the DPRK’s leader Kim Jong Un. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations and common concerns such as the future of the relationship between the two countries.

BUSINESS 

An Early Move looks at the People’s Bank of China’s one percent point decrease in reserve requirement ratios to maintain sound liquidity. The move will make financing more accessible for micro, small and private enterprises. It is hoped it will also boost the economy while avoiding over-escalation of monetary easing and ease the real estate market.
