UNDER CONSTRUCTION: China Railway Construction Corp. is building a tunnel for a new highway to Yingxiu, the epicenter of the 8.0-magnitude quake that struck Sichuan Province in May 2008. The old road from Dujiangyan to Wenchuan reopened in May 2009 after repairs. The new highway will open to traffic next year (ZHAO XI) |
