Li Qi, 23, championed Zhejiang Satellite TV's second season of the talent show Voice of China on October 7.

He was coached by Taiwanese singer A-Mei, one of four vocal coaches serving the show. Li graduated from the Department of Music at Jiangsu Normal University in 2012.

Last year, the first season of the show attracted an average of 4 percent of the total mainland TV audience, making it the most popular show of its kind that year.
