As the end of May, China's total mobile phone subscribers totaled 910 million, said the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In the first five months of 2011, China's state-owned enterprises earned combined profits of 908.87 billion yuan ($139.8 billion), soaring 21.9 percent year on year, said the Ministry of Finance.
