Stars from director John Woo's Red Cliff attended a press conference on Monday in Hong Kong, ten days before the premiere of the blockbuster in China.

Scheduled to hit the big screen on July 10, the film features A-list actors from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan such as Tony Leung, Chiling Lin, Vicky Zhao and Takeshi Kaneshivo (or Jin Chengwu in Mandarin).

Red Cliff is a story about a historical battle in 208 A.D. during the Three Kingdoms period.
