Australia Wins Women's 4x200m Freestyle Relay Gold With World Record

Australian swimmers set a new world record to win the women's 4x200m freestyle relay gold at the Beijing Olympic Games on Thursday.

The Aussie quartet clocked in 7 minutes, 44.31 seconds, beating the previous record of 7 minutes, 50.09 seconds set by the United States in March, 2007.

China took the silver and the U.S. won the third, all inside the previous world record.
