SCOOPING LHASA:

The first group of foreign journalists to enter Tibet since rioting rocked Lhasa on March 14 arrives at the airport on March 26. The State Council Information Office made arrangements for a three-day trip for the reporters. The group consisted of people from 19 media organizations from various countries
