Panda posters and souvenirs are everywhere near Ueno Zoo in downtown Tokyo, Japan, on February 22, welcoming two giant pandas from China.

Two 5-year-old pandas, Xian Nu (female) and Bi Li (male), from the panda preserve in southwest China's Sichuan Province, arrived at the zoo late on February 21.

Pandas have been a signature animal and a major draw for visitors to the zoo since 1972. Its last panda Ling Ling died three years ago.
