Mourning Nanjing
Share

(XINHUA)

On August 15, three Japanese delegations, together with residents in Nanjing, capital city of east China's Jiangsu Province, attend an assembly in the city to mourn victims of the 1937 Nanjing Massacre, in which Japanese troops killed about 300,000 Chinese civilians and soldiers, and pray for world peace.

The day marks the 66th anniversary of China's victory in the war of resistance against Japanese aggression during World War II.
