Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived here Saturday for a trilateral meeting between leaders of China, Japan and South Korea.

During the meeting, Wen will discuss tripartite cooperation, the ongoing global financial crisis and other issues of common concerns with his Japanese counterpart Taro Aso and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak.

Before the trilateral meeting, Wen will meet Lee and Aso respectively on bilateral relations.

The leaders are expected to issue a joint statement on trilateral partnership relations after the meeting.

They are also scheduled to hold a joint press conference, and meet representatives of youths and children of the three countries.
