Beijing Youth Park became the China Drama Theme Park for the unveiling ceremony of the two sculptures "Prelude" and "Drama Life" on Tuesday, April 17.
Chinese dramatist Li Muran, Chinese actor Huang Jiao and other 30 famous artists left their handprints at the ceremony to mark their contribution to Chinese drama.
The sculpture "Prelude" illustrates a classic from Chinese drama and inspires people's retrospect of drama history. "Drama Life" is an excellent opus that fuses comedy and tragedy in life.
The two sculptures were the first period project of the drama theme park. Other projects include a group of sculptures, a digital drama museum and drama salon to form a drama center in the capital.
