Radiation 400 Times Normal Level at Onagawa Nuke Plant

Tohoku Electric Power Co. said Sunday that radiation rose to 21 micro sievert, around 400 times higher than the normal level at the Onagawa nuclear plant in Miyagi Prefecture.

The utility company attributed the sharp rise in radiation to radioactive substances floating from Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant.
