Analyzed by ownership, investment in fixed assets of the state-owned economy was 34.44 billion yuan, up 25.9 percent; that of the collective economy dropped 31.8 percent to 303 million yuan; that of other ownership economies rose 32.9 percent to 9.49 billion yuan; and individual investment fell 44.9 percent to 2.1 billion yuan. Of the total investment, that in urban areas was 40.54 billion yuan, a growth of 23.4 percent from a year earlier; and that in rural areas was 5.78 billion yuan, up 13.9 percent. Of the investment in rural areas, that of farm households was 1.99 billion yuan, a drop of 20.7 percent; and that of rural collectives rose 64.4 percent to 71 million yuan.

Fixed-asset investment in agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishing industries totaled 2.37 billion yuan, an increase of 1.0 percent; that in the mining industry grew 1.1 times to 2.03 billion yuan; that in the manufacturing sector surged 94.7 percent to 3.55 billion yuan; that in the electricity, gas and water supply industries increased 30.7 percent to 5.6 billion yuan; that in the construction sector went up 6.4 percent to 2.24 billion yuan; that in the transport, storage and postal industries increased 40.1 percent to 11.55 billion yuan; that in the information and software sectors went up by 15.8 percent to reach 1.11 billion yuan; that in the wholesale and retail industries grew 9.1 percent to 650 million yuan; that in hotel and catering sectors amounted to 1.47 billion yuan, growing 64.5 percent; that in the financial industry grew 1.1 times to reach 78 million yuan; that in the real estate sector reached 3.69 billion yuan, down 16.9 percent; that in the leasing and business service sectors increased 2.4 fold to 181 million yuan; that in the scientific research, technology services and geological exploration increased 1.8 times to 182 million yuan; that in the water resources, environment and public facilities management sectors went up 27.7 percent to 2.54 billion yuan; that in the residential services and other service sectors surged 1.1 times to 135 million yuan; that in education was 1.18 billion yuan, growing 16.3 percent from a year earlier; that in sanitation, social security and social welfares stayed unchanged at 373 million yuan; that in the culture, sports and entertainment sectors was 689 million yuan, increasing 39.2 percent; that in the public management and social organizations grew 3.7 percent to 5.82 billion yuan.
