13,000 Volunteers Prepare for Beijing Garden Expo

A total of 13,000 volunteers have signed up to help during the Beijing Garden Expo which will take place from May 18 to November 18, and a system has been put in place that will allow the volunteers to choose their work hours, location and type of job.

Volunteers will work in about 40 locations and will assist visitors by providing information and language support, first aid assistance, assistance for people with disabilities, and also help with media coordination.
