China Actively Involves in Rescue Work in Haiti

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu says China is actively involved in the rescue work in Haiti.

Jiang Yu, Spokesperson, Chinese Foreign Ministry, said, "China has decided to offer emergent humanitarian aid to Haiti. China's International Search and Rescue Team has set off and is expected to arrive in Haiti in the morning of January 14 local time. Members of the Chinese peace-keeping force in Haiti have already joined local rescue work."
