The U.S. dollar remained in the upper 95 yen level Thursday morning in Tokyo.

At noon, the dollar fetched 95.72-77 yen compared with Wednesday's 5 p.m. quotes of 95.65-75 yen in New York and 96.73-75 yen in Tokyo.

The euro traded at 1.2510-2515 dollars and 119.75-80 yen, versus late Wednesday's quotes of 1.2485-2495 dollars and 119.45-55 yen in New York and 1.2645-2647 dollars and 122.32-36 yen in Tokyo.
