ONLINE CHAT: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Beijing answers questions during a two-hour online chat with netizens on February 27. Wen picked 20 questions to answer out of a total of 400,000 submissions. The online chat session was Wen's third since taking office and was jointly hosted by the Central Government and the Xinhua News Agency.
