During this year's National People's Congress, the new Chinese Government leadership is going to be elected. People have a lot of expectations of it. Annie Wu, for example, one of the longest serving members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from Hong Kong, has witnessed several rounds of leadership change in China.
