China's Ministry of Education on April 14 announced the entry score for the second round of the 2020 national exam for postgraduate enrolment and issued a guideline to make arrangements for the upcoming exams.
Requiring the exams to be held no earlier than April 30 in principle, the guideline asked universities and institutions to decide their examination time, taking into consideration the local epidemic situation and the level of emergency response, among other factors.
The second-round exams could be held on-site, online, in different places or entrusted to other universities, the guideline said.
An online consultation for the second-round exams will be held from April 26 to 30 for universities and institutions to answer candidates' inquiries.
China announced in February that the second-round postgraduate admission exams will be postponed due to the novel coronavirus epidemic.
