Located in China's Hebei Province, Zhengding is combining its historical ambience with the glamor of a modern hub and the natural beauty of its landscape. The local government has installed benches, water dispensers and service counters along roads, as well as offering free parking, shared rides and free sightseeing excursions.

Why the U.S. is Quitting the Nuclear Arms Treaty is an article detailing the motivations for the U.S. pulling out of the INF treaty which was signed at the culmination of the Cold War. The bilateral treaty between the United States and the former Soviet Union prevented the proliferation of intermediate range nuclear weapons.
