Civilizations are colorful because of their diversity, and pictures are the characters of civilizations, Chinese Ambassador to India, Sun Weidong, said at the inauguration of Beautiful India Beautiful China, an online photo exhibition launched from Beijing on December 8 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of China-India diplomatic ties. With the theme of Dragon and Elephant Dance Together for Win-Win Outcomes, the exhibition focuses on the amazing landscapes, cultural icons and bilateral friendship and economic cooperation of the two neighbors.

The display of over 120 pictures is part of the Beautiful China Beautiful World series of events hosted by China Pictorial Publications, an organization under the China International Publishing Group. It will be on till March 8, 2021.
