Kulangsu is a small island located off the coast of Xiamen in southeast China's Fujian Province.

The architecture on the island, built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, is well preserved and is of both Chinese and foreign styles, earning the town the name World Architecture Exhibition.

In addition, because it has the largest piano ownership in the country, it is also known as Piano Island and Home of Music.

On July 8, 2017, Kulangsu became a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
