Ready for More looks at the new Foreign Investment Law and the feedback it has been gathering. At the beginning of reform and opening up, China offered favorable policies to attract foreign investment, but it is now creating a sound legal system with unified provisions for entry, promotion, protection and management of foreign investment.

Protecting Against Terrorism presents the findings of a recent white paper that outlines ongoing anti-terrorism efforts in Xinjiang. To combat the actions of separatists, extremist and terrorists, Xinjiang has made intensive counterterrorism efforts that has made a noticeable change in  improving the social environment and people’s lives. 

A Net Result looks at the move from fantasy to reality in Chinese Web literature and its growing globalization. In the early years of development, the genre focused on fantasy and wuxia, talks of warrior heroes with superhuman abilities. In 2018, more realistic novels began appearing, addressing contemporary societal issues, and moving closer to mainstream ideology and cultural traditions.
