The domestic tourism market is projected to receive 10 billion visitors, with consumption reaching

10 trillion yuan per year on average in the next five years, according to a report issued by the China Tourism Academy on December 13.

Henan Province in central China saw its foreign trade cross 100 billion yuan in November. Integrated circuits and components used in the mobile industry were the major imports of the province. Mobile phones, the main export item of Henan, accounted for about 56 percent of its total foreign trade value.

PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Co., one of the major energy developers in the Sichuan Basin, saw

its 2020 natural gas output top 30 billion cubic meters on December 14. The Sichuan Basin in southwest China boasts large natural gas reserves.
