Chinese President Xi Jinping on September 25 arrived in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province for an inspection tour.

Xi started his tour on September 25 afternoon at Jiansanjiang agricultural reclamation branch bureau to inspect the conditions of grain production and harvest.

Known as China's "green rice city", Jiansanjiang is one of the most important commodity grain bases in the country.
