Chinese President Xi Jinping concluded on September 25 a state visit to the United States.

As he departed Washington, senior U.S. government officials saw him off at the airport, where a 21-gun salute was fired.

Xi kicked off his state visit to the United States on September 23, which was the first in 11 years.
