From January to April, the Beijing Minsheng Art Museum is hosting more than 86 original works by nearly 60 masters of 20th century art, all on loan from Le Centre National d’Art et de Culture Georges Pompidou in Paris, France.

Titled Colors—Masterpieces From the Center Pompidou, the exhibition brings together icons like Spanish Pablo Picasso, French Henri Matisse and Spanish Salvador Dalí.

The show is organized around seven monochromatic spaces—red, yellow, blue, green, pink, white and black, creating an immersive journey through color. Along the way, visitors move through key 20th century movements: Fauvism, Cubism, Surrealism, Abstract Art and Pop Art.
