Exploring the history of Henan Province, home to four of China's eight ancient capitals, offers intriguing insights into the origins of Chinese culture. Running until December 14 at the National Art Museum of China, the Ink Splendor and Cultural Context: Henan Han-Tang Art Treasures Exhibition brings together over 130 precious Han (206 B.C.-A.D. 220) and Tang (618-907) dynasty relics from 12 museums across Henan to trace the historical roots of Chinese civilization.
