The Fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened in Shanghai on November 4. Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech via video link. Xi called for practicing true multilateralism, building more consensus for openness, jointly overcoming the difficulties and challenges confronting global economic growth.
