In the second round of the 2026 Fujian Football City League, Xiamen defeated Zhangzhou 1-0 at home, achieving their second straight victory in the league.

Xiamen dominated possession from the outset, while Zhangzhou focused on disrupting their rhythm with aggressive defense. As the match progressed, Zhangzhou launched several attacks, but neither team could find the net in the first half, which ended 0-0.

The decisive moment came in the 65th minute when Xiamen's No 20, Wang Xiaowei, received a pass on the left wing and calmly scored the match's only goal.

This victory in their home debut marks a strong start to Xiamen's campaign, extending their winning streak to two games.
